Kewal Gusain is a classically trained Indian chef who brings over 15 years of experience to the Khatti’s Curry Lounge.

For the past 15 years, he has practiced his trade in India and Australia.

He has worked in some of the finest hotels in India including: Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi and gained immense experience in art of Fine Indian cuisine.
